How far in advance should I book Willow Bee Events?
We recommend booking 6–12 months in advance for weddings and 2–6 months for other events. However, we do accommodate shorter timelines based on availability.

Will I work with the same planner throughout the process?
Absolutely. We build personal, lasting relationships with our clients. You’ll be paired with your lead designer who will be by your side from the moment you book until the last guest leaves.

Do you travel for events outside of Austin?
Yes! While we’re proudly based in Austin, we love a good adventure. We’re happy to travel throughout Texas and beyond—just ask us about travel options during your consultation.
