PRICE - $3.50 per set
Optional Add-On: Enhance your experience with our professional setup service - available for an additional fee to ensure every detail is perfectly in place.
Booking & Payment: A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your rental items and event date. An additional 20% is due 90 days before the event. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the event.
Cancellations: Cancellations made within 60 days of the event are non-refundable. Changes must be requested at least 14 days prior and are subject to availability.
Setup & Delivery: Pricing includes standard delivery and installation within 30 miles of Austin. Additional travel fees may apply. A clean, level surface must be available for setup.
Weather Policy: For outdoor events, flooring cannot be installed on uneven, muddy, or wet ground. Client is responsible for providing suitable conditions or tent coverage.
Damage Liability: Client is responsible for any damage, excessive wear, or loss of rental items during the rental period.
Agreement: Acceptance of proposal and submission of deposit serves as acceptance of these terms.
